Think of how you can leave your customer speechless with personalized contact! Face to face contact reveals so much more than words! You're right there in front of them, thanking them for their purchase and sharing your commitment to their satisfaction. Inviting them to come back and shop again. How do you think this customer feels? Pretty impressed. Chances are high that he will tell his friends about your business! Internet marketing has its limitations, but the introduction of video and audio email helps you share a friendly greeting and brighten their day with a smile. If the technology overwhelms you, then simply write a little personal thank you email to your customer. Kindness and sincere appreciation creates trust. If you treat your customers like personal friends, not just an order number, you'll make a big impression.
