MLM Lead Generation: Secrets Revealedby Brian Rooney Send Feedback to Brian Rooney mlm leadsMore Details about mlm leads here.
And it's a great question. If you've been around MLM for any amount of time, you are familiar with the "NFL" (No Friends Left) Club.) This is what happens when you've tried pitching your latest and greatest MLM opportunity to your friends and family. Soon, they start walking the other way when they see you coming. My own experience is that your friends and family start coming to you AFTER they see you experiencing some success in your MLM business. So the question remains: How Do I Find People To Talk To? The next step usually has you buying mlm leads from list brokers. But after you've used those options for a while you quickly realize that most of those so-called MLM Leads are simply over used lists from long ago. The email addresses don't exist any more. And when you call them, these folks usually wonder why in the world you are calling them. They don't remember ever asking for information. You spend hundreds of dollars on those so-called MLM Leads and you're still asking the same question: How Do I Find People To Talk To? The first thing to realize is that, right now .... while you are reading this ... there are people all over the planet that are genuinely interested in making money from home, business opportunities, MLM, etc... Your challenge is to find them and get them to contact you. So how do you find genuine MLM Leads that are interested in your MLM Opportunity? The first thing you need is your own web site. Why? Having your own web site will help you stand out from the competition. Having your own web site will help you build your own identity and credibility. This can be as involved as getting a web hosting account, a web designer (or doing it yourself) and spending time setting it all up. It can also be as simple as setting up your own blog. There are free blog options available from wordpress.com and blogger.com. A blog can be as complicate or as simple as you want it to be. My suggestion is that you start with simple. Maybe an introduction to let people know who you are, your reasons for getting involved with your particular MLM, the benefits of your products or services, and the opportunity that is available. Many companies have restrictions on using their company name so you may want to keep your content generic. Talk about your reasons, your motivations, your successes, etc... The second thing you need is an AutoResponder. Your AutoResponder is your "Control Center". This is the tool that you use to collect and follow-up with leads. You want to start by adding a subscription form to your blog so that when people come to your blog, your form is there offering them more information. What kind of information? If your MLM business is in the health and wellness niche, you may want to offer tips on weight loss, health tips, etc... If your MLM business is in the general household categories, perhaps a report on how to find and use environmentally friendly products. The key is to focus on the benefits of what your product or service has to offer. Put together a brief report in your AutoResponder and then start inviting people to request the free report. So you start with: 1) Setting up your blog. 2) Getting an AutoResponder. 3) Adding a subscription form to your blog so prospects can request your information. The next step is promotion. Options for promoting your blog will include things like banner advertising, running classified ads, ezine ads, search engine optimization, etc... Add relevant content to your blog and focus on making that content keyword rich. Write articles about your niche. Add the articles to your blog. Submit the articles to article directories. Make sure to submit your blog to search engines. Keep adding relevant content on a regular basis so that the search engines see new content being added. Tell your friends about your new blog. Use social networking like twitter, myspace, digg, etc... to spread the word about your new blog. Look in to Google's Adwords program that allows you to select how much you will pay for a visitor to your web site. Bottom Line: When you focus on generating your own MLM Leads, you will find yourself with the most relevant, targeted, and motivated leads available. Hands down, my experience has been that my results are always better with MLM Leads that I generate as opposed to approaching friends and family or using list brokers.
