Did you know that more people order from companies they believe are a larger company than smaller ones? By putting forth the image that you are a large fortune 500 company you can easily increase orders. Most people are set up online so orders can be submitted after hours; potential customers can get more information by viewing the website or submitting a form to receive more information. What You Need to Do Offline to Increase Revenue: First a few questions you need to ask yourself . . . If you answered "NO" to any one or more of these questions, you are losing out on sales and hence, profits! Here is a simple technique that I have been using successfully for more than four years now. This technique will make your business appear to be a large fortune 500 company without all the expense while increasing your sales volume each and every month! In fact it accounts for approximately 50 percent of all my sales in one of my businesses. First you want an inexpensive toll free number such as 800,888,877 or 866 prefix with all the benefits of a PBX System. A PBX is basically a Super Charged Voicemail on steroids. This gives your company the appearance of being larger than a mom and pop business. The solution is a Virtual PBX System, one which does not just place a customer on hold to music, but offers all the bells and whistles that a fortune 500 company utilizes. Basically, over 30 features from auto-attendant to order taking while you sleep at night. From sending faxes, fax on demand, transfer calls from one extension to another and much more. One thing to keep in mind when searching for a Virtual PBX is to watch out for the billing system. It's important to note that you only want to be billed for one leg of the call. This is how it works: When a call forwarding call is processed, there are technically two calls being placed, one to the Toll Free number and then another call from the switch to the call forwarding number (your number). You want to be sure you obtain a Virtual PBX that counts ONLY ONE leg of the call. Some companies bill for two legs of the call, in effect using up two minutes for every one minute of a live call.
