Well, your wedding planner would know the exact answer to this question. You may have probably done your homework on this aspect of the wedding planning. Still, it would not hurt to have some more guidelines. After all, it's always better to be overly prepared, than to fall short on it. This very philosophy holds true in any wedding ceremony - especially on the distribution of wedding favors. 1. Leave them at the table, beside the name cards. So you don't need extra manpower to distribute those lovely wedding favors of yours, then why don't you request your caterer to leave pieces of those on the tables. You can even ask the waiters to include your favors in the set-up. If you have different favors for men and women, then label them accordingly so your guests can properly distinguish which ones go to them. The only disadvantage about this method is that you cannot really control if people will get more than one. Of course, the number of your wedding favors is equivalent to the number of your guests so you would want them to take just one each. Otherwise, you might fall short on wedding favors. 2. Let your bridesmaids distribute them. Now, this is a fine move considering that you will have better control over the distribution of your wedding favors. You are assured that not one person will get more than he or she is entitled to. In essence, you assured that you will never run out of supplies - unless you were not able to properly account for your guests. While this may require a little effort from your bridesmaids, this strategy is better than the first one. Anyway, the moment that your bridesmaids have agreed to their role in your wedding, they are implicitly agreeing to this responsibility too. They won't complain if requested to do this, after all, they are in stunning bridesmaid dresses, they'd want an excuse to model around and flaunt these fabulous frocks. Another way of distributing wedding favors is to request flower girls to do it. While they will look all cute and bubbly, they might get tired doing so. You might even be charged of child labor for this. So to save yourself the trouble, might as well request the more "mature" members of you entourage. Wedding favors are your way of saying thanks to your guests. These are your tokens of appreciation for sharing their time with you and for spending a fortune on their amazing gowns. Wedding favors are your way of showing your gratitude to your guests who have graced such an important affair with their valuable presence. It is but proper that you do everything about these favors right - it is but important that you have distributed these without hassles and frills.
