She is the creator of The Joyful Business Guide™, a creative business planning system which uses the “law of attraction” principles to channel positive thoughts and energy into productive action. The guide is specifically designed to help entrepreneurs develop a strategic business plan using creative techniques like mind mapping, visioning and collaging. The Joyful Business Guide™ system has been featured in Choice magazine and recommended frequently in internet blogs.

Laura is also a contributing author to the book, "Spirit of Women Entrepreneurs" and has been a contributing writer for Motto magazine, Inside Gwinnett newspaper, and Connections, a publication for image consultants. Laura publishes an award winning blog, Café Entrepreneur and a bi-monthly ezine, Joyful Business.

She has spoken to organizations around the country including presenting workshops at several international industry conferences such as the Association of Image Consultants and the International Coach Federation.

Before starting The Center, Laura spent 20 years in marketing. As a former corporate vice president, Laura survived five buyouts/mergers in six years while creating award winning, innovative and sometimes controversial marketing programs in the shopping center industry. She has created and managed events ranging from simple Santa arrival parades to million dollar grand opening events.

Now, she combines that practical experience with spirituality and joy to offer tools, services, programs and education materials on her web site to assist lifestyle entrepreneurs in building their business with integrity, passion and prosperity. The Center for Joyful Business.
