As a “serial entrepreneur”, Tom Wolf has started, built, and sold six companies over the past 30 years. He is now building business number seven – Identity and Destiny. Tom’s expertise includes: communication, sales, entrepreneurship, corporate culture and the tools required for success. He has established an invaluable base of transferable knowledge that is not just about growing a business…it’s about growing people.
Every company Tom has built was a service-based business, with the most valuable asset being its people. Tom’s key to success has been knowing his employees and placing them where they were best suited. This meant getting to know each person individually. It meant going beyond the resume and looking into their skills, strengths, personality style, and potential!
Tom is certified and trained in the Art and Science of HNLP Coaching, and has over 20 years of training and experience in DISC personality assessment tools. He is well versed in identifying primary spiritual gifts, elements of resilience, and coaching techniques that help clients move past their fears, blocks, and limiting beliefs. He is now taking that same insight and applying it to Identity and Destiny. Tom has worked with hundreds of business owners, entrepreneurs, and achievers to help them refocus their strengths onto their God-given purpose. He has developed a number of proprietary tools that are used in his 7 Steps to Purpose Program, including “Passion Pursuit,” “Core Values Elimination,” “Focused Effort Priorities,” and the “Am I Living on Purpose? Scorecard.”
Tom’s career as an entrepreneur was built on helping people know themselves and put their talent, skill, and desire to their highest and best use. This included his experience as an executive recruiter, self-employment coach, franchise placement consultant, and staffing executive.
Based on experience, Tom knows that discovering your purpose is a process, and it takes both desire and action. It takes a concerted effort to seek and find the answers.
