Joanne M. Musa is the creator of the Tax Lien Investing Basics home study course and the Build Your Profitable Tax Lien Portfolio 8-week training. Joanne has been married for 22 years to Bill Musa, a diesel service technician and construction equipment broker. They live in the Pocono Mountains with their three sons Billy, Peter, and Nicholas, ages 14 - 19.
