Burn Fat Through Resistance Workout Training with Just a Few Minutes a Day

If you ask people about what type of exercise should help you burn fat and boost up metabolism, most people might tell you the same thing...They may tell you to do more cardio and be constant about 3-5 times a week if you want to burn fat.

They'll probably also tell you that more is better - 4 times per week would be better than 3, and 5 times per week would be even better.

The reason why most people recommend you to do so because it's been the most common way to burn fat by many fitness trainers... Can you really get in a certain level of heart rate and sustain that level of heart rate for 30 minutes or so for several times a week? And do that for several times per week? I am here to tell you there is a better way.

Certainly, you'll burn fat when you are running on the treadmill; however, this is not a long term goal if you force yourelf to sustain this type of workout alone.

In reality, this type of workout can in fact be counterproductive to burn fat. Here are just a couple of reasons:

Long duration,low moderate cardio can certainly transform your boy fat into energy during your workout.. Despite the fact that it may be true, this can actually cause your body to store more body fat after the cardio workout.. Yikes!

What's worse, majority of people still believe this type of cardio workout is effective for weight loss. Again, while this may sound true, your heart and lungs can actually reduce their ability for work as they are getting more efficient at doing easy work (your endurance, low intensity aerobic workouts), which limits your ability to handle stress.

This problem can lead to some other major health problems such as heart attack. You are only working within your current aerobic capacity because you're never challenge yourself to go beyond what your body is capable of. And anything that is easy will not help you burn fat even you are just close to the edge line of your capability

As an alternative, you should increase your resistance workout, so that you will be stronger and able to deal with stress more easily. How is this done?

The quickest and most efficient way to boost up your metabolism, burn fat faster, and develop longevity and fitness is to add lean muscle to your body through resistance workout - period! Do you want to have a life changing result in as quick as possible? Get strong and toned. When you add lean muscle to your body you'll be literally transforming your body into a fat burning machine!

Though during the process of your diet allows you to keep off the body fat, building some lean muscle to your body through resistance workout can really help you burn fat with more calories you are eating. You'll need to use some of those calories you eat to feed the new muscle, creating a calorie deficit in your body.

Additionally, when you push your body with proper resistance workout, the repair and growth process will transform your stored body fat for energy. Having a low calories diet along with resistance workout can really help you burn fat all day long, every day. The best part of building those lean muscles is that it allows you to sit around and do nothing while your body is still burning the fat for you.

Also, having a proper resistance workout traning can actually increase your heart and lung's capacity. By placing intense demands on your body, your body is challenged into being ready for anything you throw at it. This makes you more resistant to cardiovascular health problems that trouble most people...Even those that does cardios frequently.

And the beauty is I've discovered that you don't have to spend much time working out to burn fat, strength and muscle gains that will create the result for you. You can actually get it done with 2 or 3 weekly resistance workouts that last between 20 and 30 minutes, and even less time at an resistance level.

And it's easy to burn fat with resistance workout training part of your life because of its efficiency and it will help keep you lean and healthy for the rest of it...Muscle is the stuff that fat burning furnaces are made of! That I can promise you.
