Writer's Account: Terms and
Conditions

Authors who submit their material, works, artwork, graphics, ideas or
photos to us retain their copyrights, but grant to C.E.S. Business Consultants the worldwide,
royalty-free, non-exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the submitted
material in printed form or by any other medium either now known or
hereinafter devised, and forego any payment or compensation for the
submitted material. If anyone else wants to use my article, they
must obtain my permission first. On IdeaMarketers, they may
do this by clicking on a link at the top of my article and filling out a form that will be sent directly to me to
request my permission. It is up to me whether I wish to authorize use of any article.

C.E.S. reserves the right to select my article
as one of the Best of IdeaMarketers for any given week, and by doing
so I allow IdeaMarkers/C.E.S. to automatically syndicate
my article onto other sites for a short period of time. My bio/contact information
will always be used in conjunction with the article and it will be clear
that the article has been provided through the IdeaMarketers.com service.

understand that I will not be compensated
monetarily for my articles by
IdeaMarketers. And it would be in my best
interest not to submit articles that I
wish to sell for pay, but to submit
articles as a promotion method and/or as
samples of my work. |

I understand that
the IdeaMarketers staff reads every
article submitted to this site and that
if I consistently submit high quality
work, I may be selected as One of the
Best of IdeaMarketers. As such I will
be given the opportunity to preauthorize
my articles individually to be used in
the Publisher's Toolbox -- a service that
distributes articles to webmasters and
oneline publications. If I am selected as
One of the Best, I will in no way
be obligated to preauthorize my articles.
But, it will be to my advantage if I do,
since this will make my articles handier
to use by Publishers. They won't have to
wait for my permission to reprint. They
will still have to use my bio and contact
information. Also, I will have the
advantage of being able to view
when/where my articles are used in the
Publisher's Toolbox from my login
page(s). Also, any articles that are
marked as preauthorized will eventually
be proofread (grammar checked, spell
checked and optimized for viewing by the
IdeaMarketers editorial staff. |

I understand that
IdeaMarketers is designed to be a
writer-publisher matching service. As
such, my contact information will always
be used in conjunction with my
article(s), so those viewing my
article(s), will be able to contact me
about using the article(s) and/or
contacting me about my services. |

I also certify that
any material I submit is my own original
material and does not violate any
copyrights. |

I also acknowledge
that C.E.S. reserves the right to proof
and edit articles where necessary, but
that my contact information will always
be used in conjunction with the use of

14,000 characters (counting spaces) in
length. This is approximately 4
single-spaced 8.5x11 printed pages. Any
article longer than this will be
immediately removed from the system. |

articles and / or writer accounts at any
time. |

is a G rated site. Objectionable material
should not be posted and may result in
termination of your account. |
