Terms of IdeaMarketers & the FREE
ArticleSource Toolbox
You must request permission from the
author before using any article. You must also use the bio/contact
information for the author in conjunction with the article. On the main
IdeaMarketers site there is a link at the bottom of each article for
"Request Permission to Reprint this Article." This brings up a
form that you need to fill out and submit. The results of this form go
directly to the author. It is up to them to accept or reject your
request. You must obtain author permission before printing any
article on the site.
Terms for ArticleSource
Publisher's Goldmine & Toolbox PRO
When you subscribe to the Goldmine or PRO versions of
the ArticleSource Publisher's Toolbox, you must agree to the following
rules in relation to the articles found in the toolbox.
- Exclusive -
Available only to Publisher's Toolbox PRO Subscribers. You may reproduce these articles
according to the copyright notice found at the
bottom of the article. Some of the articles allow
you to reprint as if they were your own. Others
must include the author's bio and contact
information. Read the copyright notice found at
the bottom of each article carefully to determine
your copyright use as a Publisher's Toolbox
member.
- Authorized -
Pre-authorized for publication by our IdeaMarketers writers. You must always reprint
the full article with the author's name, URL, and brief bio (unless you make other
individual arrangements with the author personally).
- Public -
Public, unproofed and not pre-authorized. You
MUST request permission from the authors before
using these articles (no matter what the
copyright notice at the bottom of the article
says). These are general submissions from the
IdeaMarketers.com Web site.
- Reprint Notice
- when you use the Toolbox
to display your newsletter, it puts a notice at
the bottom that the newsletter is "Powered
By IdeaMarketers." If you
decide to print any article (that you have not obtained specific
permission from the author to reprint - i.e. a preauthorized
article) outside the Toolbox,
you need to put a statement at the end of the
article stating that "Permission to Reprint Obtained Through
IdeaMarketers.com." This way the author will know where you
got permission to use their article. If you do not wish to use
this line, you'll need to obtain permission directly from the
author before publishing the article.
- Mass Reprint Please avoid reproducing our entire library of articles or a significant portion of our articles on your Web site simultaneously. If you plan to use a significant number of our articles, please rotate them over time on your Web site.
